On the morning of January 15th, marking an auspicious start to the new year, Sunway Group (Guangdong) Co., Ltd.'s headquarters project successfully completed its topping-out ceremony. The project, constructed by Guangdong Yuda Construction Group Co., Ltd. in the Niushan Community of Dongcheng Street, is scheduled to begin operations in January 2026, with an expected annual output value of 63 million NZD.
